So there you have it. THE DESOLATION OF SMAUG sure is a pretty cool title, no complaints there, but given these jaunts to Middle Earth have become such a staple of Winter viewing, I’m still a tad skeptical on how well it will play in the Summer time. They’re just so darn Christmas-y, aren’t they! Ok, so maybe I’m alone on that one…
