Hot on the heels of the news that Cartoon Network and HBO Max are teaming to bring back Tiny Toons, now comes word on these two parties teaming for another animated offering.

Via Deadline, Cartoon Network and HBO Max will be working together on a new animated series titled Unicorn: Warriors Eternal. This show comes from the mind of Genndy Tartakovsky, who is best known for creating Dexter’s Laboratory and Samurai Jack, and for helming the Hotel Transylvania franchise.

The early word on Unicorn: Warriors Eternal reads:

Inspired by myths and lore from across the globe, the new series follows a team of ancient heroes as they work together to protect the world from an unforeseen and ominous force. The heroes, who are originally unicorns, find themselves in the bodies of teenagers after a rude awakening that leaves their memories forgotten and powers weakened. The heroes must navigate the emotional ups and downs of teenagers while protecting the world from its ultimate demise.

Unicorn: Warriors Eternal will air on both Cartoon Network and HBO Max.
