Several months ago we heard some rumours of an Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. spin-off show. Now comes word that the show is indeed now moving forward.

Variety is reporting that the show will be titled Marvel’s Most Wanted and will, as previously speculated, focus on Adrianne Palicki’s Mockingbird and Nick Blood’s Lance Hunter. ABC execs have already put in an order for a pilot episode of the show. Jeff Bell and Paul Zbysweski will be developing and writing the series, with the pair serving as executive producers alongside Jeph Loeb.

As also previously reported, there’s still another Marvel series in the early stages of development from Oscar-winner John Ridley. The details of that particular show are extremely hazy at this stage.

Expect to hear more on Marvel’s Most Wanted as it develops, and for those Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. fans out there – that show sees its Season 3 hit US screens on September 29th.
