With Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman set to make his big screen bow in March’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of justice, the Amazon’s 2017 solo movie is also starting to gather some speed.

Over the weekend it was announced that principal photography has now started on the film, with a new image also released (you know, the one used as a header image for this little news piece). Additionally, the cast list has been revealed for the movie too, which brings some new additions to the Patty Jenkins-helmed effort.

With Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman and Chris Pine as Captain Steve Trevor being the only known cast members until now, this latest update reveals that Wonder Woman will also have roles for The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo’s Robin Wright, X-Men Origins: Wolverine’s (and AHS: Coven’s freaky Axeman) Danny Huston, Harry Potter’s David Thewlis, Trainspotting’s Ewan Bremner (hey there, Spud!), American Hustle’s Said Taghmaoui, The Skin I Live In’s Elena Anaya, and Shaun of the Dead’s Lucy Davis.

At present, Wonder Woman is set for a June 2017 release.
