In a world full of animated adventures for many a superhero these days, it’s been revealed that Ant-Man is to be the focus of a new series of animated shorts for Disney XD.

Entertainment Weekly broke the news, with the shorts to land on the channel on June 10th and 11th. The Ant-Size Avenger in question here, much like the Marvel Cinematic Universe, will be the Scott Lang version of the hero.

Whilst Paul Rudd may play the MCU incarnation of Lang, here it will be Josh Keaton lending his vocals to Ant-Man. The shorts will see the hero fighting alongside the Wasp and Hank Pym in between helping his daughter Cassie with her homework.

Keeping things brief, these shorts will consist of six two-minute outings.
