The first clip from TOTAL RECALL has made its online debut courtesy of US chatshow ELLEN. You’ll find it sandwiched between a charming natter with the film’s star, the always delightful Kate Beckinsale, and host Ellen DeGeneres. (If you’re averse to that kind of fluff, skip ahead to the 5.40 minute mark.) Remember when they said this wouldn’t be a straight remake of Paul Verhoeven’s 1990 original, and would concentrate more on being faithful to Phillip K. Dick’s short story WE CAN REMEMBER IT FOR YOU WHOLESALE? Looks like that went out of the window a long time ago. Still, it looks pretty darn cool so where not complaining. Check it out below…
