Given the swanky graphics overhaul Blizzard have implemented for their latest WORLD OF WARCRAFT expansion, WARLORDS OF DRAENOR, it was annoying to find that the Blood Elves were left blurry in comparison. While it’s still a work in progress, the studio has released concept images of the male and female.

While much of the differences are with muscle structure, there is the same refinement expected of the new models. Blizzard have announced, “We’re aware that it’s not ideal to see a mix of older player character models next to newer player character models, especially when you happen to be a player of the Blood Elf variety, and we’re working as diligently to remedy that situation as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.”

There’s currently no release date for the models, though Blizzard hope to roll them out soon.
