With a fourth season of Syfy’s Van Helsing in development, now comes word on a major new addition for the series.

Via Deadline, Van Helsing has brought in Battlestar Galactica’s Tricia Helfer to play Dracula. And that’s not the only new addition, for The 100’s Ricard Harmon, Jigsaw’s Keeya King, Defiance’s Nicole Munoz and Paul Wight, aka multiple-time WWE Champion The Big Show, have also joined the series.

For those not familiar with Van Helsing, the official blurb on the show reads:

The series centres on Vanessa Van Helsing (Kelly Overton), who leads a band of heroes as they fight to reclaim the world after vampires took over during a conquest referred to as The Rising.

Season 4 of Van Helsing will premiere at a to-be-confirmed date towards the end of the year.
