Synopsis:

“In 1986 an infamous anime artist and a Hollywood celebrity received a film in the post. After watching them, they quickly turned them over to the authorities. Inspired by what he saw, the Manga artist recreated what he witnessed and made the shock film known as ‘The Flower of Flesh and Blood’ . These ‘snuff’ films were investigated but with no leads the case was dropped. New films have been unearthed and have been intercepted by Interpol. Due to the graphic content, only agents working on the case are to allowed access this film.”
