With UFC mega-star Ronda Rousey now on board to headline, MGM’s Road House remake has found itself a director.

Variety reports that Alpha Dog and The Notebook’s Nick Cassavetes, son of the legendary John Cassavetes, will be helming the redo of Rowdy Herrington’s 1989 movie that saw Patrick Swayze as a no-nonsense bouncer at the infamous Double Deuce bar.

UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion, and the biggest drawing mixed martial artist on the planet, Rousey will play a take on Swayze’s Dalton role, with much ass expected to be kicked by the phenomenal “Rowdy” Ronda.
