With Boyd Holbrook now on board for Shane Black’s The Predator, the film has now added Olivia Munn to its ranks.

The Hollywood Reporter has word that the X-Men: Apocalypse actress will be playing a scientist opposite Holbrook’s special forces commando in the movie. In some additional news, it’s also been revealed that the film will actually take place in modern suburbia, meaning that we’ll see the Predator slicing and dicing his way through everyday landscapes.

The majority of the plot is currently being kept under wraps, but Black, who has penned the screenplay with Fred Dekker, has previously revealed that The Predator will take place in the same continuity as Predator and Predator 2. Then there’s Arnold Schwarzenegger, who has had “lunch” with Black in order to discuss bringing the original movie’s Dutch back in a small role.

The Predator is due to start shooting in February ahead of a February 9th, 2018 release.
