Between starring alongside Christian Bale and Tom Hardy in THE DARK KNIGHT RISES and directing his first film, DON JON, Joseph Gordon-Levitt has become one of the most talked about and most beloved stars in Hollywood. Given his status as a bona-fide movie star, it comes as no surprise that Marvel Studios and Disney may have him in their sights to play a major character in Phase 3 of their Cinematic Universe. According to Latino Review, Levitt is number one on Marvel’s list of actors being eyed to play Doctor Strange, long rumored to play an important role in Marvel Phase 3.
