Could Schwarzenegger be reuniting with his good buddy James Cameron for a role in one of the billion (okay, three) AVATAR movies heading our way? Well, if you believe the guys over at Latino Review, then yes, yes he is. Their insiders (sometimes bob on, often way off) are claiming that Arnie has bagged the plum role of chief villain in one or more of the movies, a character thought to be that of a General on a mission to teach those Na’vi treehuggers a lesson or two. Kinda like the first film. Other known plot details revolve around hero Jake Sully permanently giving up his human form for that of a blue cat, so it’s not so weird bumping uglies with his new beau Princess Neytiri (Zoe Saldana), and there was also much talk of exploring the oceans of Pandora earlier on in the film’s genesis, but we haven’t heard much on that for a while.

With Arnold in desperate need of a bona fide hit, we can’t see him turning the role down. It’s just a matter of whether he was ever even offered it. Time will tell.
