Our favourite Time Lord may well have a new regeneration, in the form of LEGO! The DOCTOR WHO brand may be the latest to be added to the LEGO roster, alongside the likes of the previously announced GHOSTBUSTERS.

This has occurred thanks to LEGO CUUSOO, a crowd sourcing website which allows people to vote on potential sets. If a particular set reaches 10,000 votes, it is considered by the LEGO Review Board, thus making it possible for them to become a reality. In the past DOCTOR WHO LEGO sets haven’t been possible due to licensing conflicts, however these conflicts have since been resolved so the possibility now exists.

Parents may soon be seeing a LEGO Dalek army assembled in their living room or a LEGO TARDIS hanging from the ceiling. The ability to recreate iconic scenes could be the big selling poimt, depending on the kinds of toys produced. This could be another thing that unites fans old and new, creating one peace-filled Who-niverse.
