The independent British film FOLLOWING THE WICCA MAN, which we reviewed a while back, have taken to Kickstarter to raise the ridiculous fees asked by the BBFC to grant a certificate for release.

The film delves into the real-life practices of witchcraft, as well as crafting an intriguing story of the darker side of Wicca.

You can own a DVD of the film for as little as £10 by pre-ordering it through the Kickstarter campaign, but there are plenty of other great incentives.

For a mere £1 (and believe us, to small indie films every penny counts!) the film’s writer/director/star Jacqueline Kirkham (a practicing White Witch) will cast a spell to bless you with health, wealth and happiness, or a bespoke Tarot reading sent by video for £18 (as well as a DVD). Other perks include an invite to the premiere in Liverpool, costumes and props from the film.
