Following the recent news that Benedict Samuel will be playing Jervis Tetch, aka The Mad Hatter, in Gotham’s third season, now comes news that the show has found its Alice.

Variety is reporting that The Devil You Know’s Naian Gonzalez Norvind has landed the role of Alice Tetch, the younger sister of Jervis. Gotham’s depiction of The Mad Hatter will see him searching for his sister after she vanished in Gotham City years prior. As for Alice, she’ll actually have powers of her own; powers that Jervis wants to use for his own plans.

Additionally, Kieran Mulcare, who genre fans will recognise as Ruben from Marvel’s Jessica Jones, has been spotted on the set of Gotham. There’s no confirmation just yet on who he’ll be playing other than that he was seen with white hair and wearing a white suit. Given how the series is to feature Solomon Grundy at some point in its third season, it could well be that Mulcare has nabbed that particular gig.

Gotham premieres its third season on September 19th.
