Tonika Games is in the process of developing a first person shooter based on Filmax’s popular 2, and after which will come the third and fourth installments.

The official game of  has been developed with Unity3D technology, a powerful game engine used to create products on multiple platforms, including hardcore platform PlayStation and mobile devices such as iPhone and Android.

The concept of play, a gender-based FPS (First-Person Shooter), exploits the possibilities of the 3D engine to provide the player with an immersive experience in first-person whose goal is to meet modeled scenarios and successive missions from the original locations of the films.

The design and development process took into account the very scary atmosphere of the film, employing a dynamic lighting scheme and a special surround sound library. On the other hand, the choice of weapons available for each scene and character has taken into account the component of action and violence which is also the hallmark of the franchise.’

The game will hit sometime early 2012, a snip at 2.99 euros!
