The CW’s ARROW is to return for its third season later this year, and now the first trailer has dropped for the Emerald Archer’s return, giving a nice round-up of what went down in Season 2 and then looking ahead at what’s to come. We’re big ARROW fans here at Starburst, so we’re definitely looking forward to Oliver Queen hitting our screens again later this year.

In a little wrap-up of what we’ve seen, it’s good to get a first glimpse of Brandon Routh’s Ray Palmer/The Atom and the new Peter Stormare version of Count Vertigo, then there’s Oliver’s flashback moments in Hong Kong, the return of Sara Lance’s Canary, tension between Oliver and Diggle, Quentin Lance seemingly back to full health after collapsing at the end of Season 2, and finally we might be getting that long-awaited date between Oliver and Felicity Smoak, although it looks like Felicity is in quite a bad way at some point. So yes, big thumbs up from all at Moonbase Alpha.

ARROW return to The CW on 8th October, with a UK return expected to follow shortly after.
