After this week saw the Flatliners remake officially given a release date, the redo has now brought in another new cast member.

Deadline is reporting that supermodel-turned-actress Charlotte McKinney has joined the film, with her role described as being that of someone involved in “a funny sex scene involving a nurse and a medical student in the film.” McKinney will be playing the nurse.

Okay then…

Charlotte McKinney joins a cast that includes Kiefer Sutherland, Ellen Page, Diego Luna, Nina Dobrev, James Norton and Kiersey Clemens.

The original 1990 Flatliners centred on a group of medical students who would purposefully die and bring each other back to life so that they could explore the notion of near-death experience.

To be directed by The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo’s Niels Arden Oplev, the Flatliners remake is currently set for an August 18th, 2017 release.
