With series mainstays Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters the only confirmed cast members for the upcoming seventh season of American Horror Story, now comes word on a new addition for this fan favourite genre show.

As per Deadline, Billy on the Street’s Billy Eichner has landed a “heavily recurring” role in the upcoming season; a season that will focus on last year’s US election. There’s no news on what roles Paulson and Peters – the only two AHS cast members to feature in every season – are playing when the series returns, although Eichner’s character is reported to be playing a close confidant of just whoever it is that Paulson is playing.
