For those of you lucky enough to have your copies of Issue 421 of STARBURST (what do you mean you don’t have it?! Get it here!!!), you may well have noticed that the comic strip this month, “MINOR TAURUS” (A Beast Wagon Tail), is a little… odd.

Not odd as in the subject matter (given it’s by the excellent team at CHANGELING STUDIOS, disturbing is probably a better descriptive), but odd as in, well it just feels like something is missing, odd. And that’s probably because there is.

Unfortunately, due to reasons best known to myself, I appear to have cut off the entire top third of the strip. The fact that it now doesn’t look very good rests firmly on my shoulders, and I couldn’t be more sorry or feel like more of a twat.

So firstly my, and our, sincere apologies to Owen Michael Johnson, John Pearson, Martin Simmonds, Colin Bell and the rest of the CHANGELING STUDIOS crew, for the screw up. We promise we’ll make it up to you.

Secondly, you’ll see from what I did get on the page, that they’re a seriously talented bunch who produce, visceral, thought provoking work (check out an earlier Beast Wagon Tail they did in Issue 417). So I am glad to say that in Issue 422 we will be printing it in its full glory (the IMAX edition if you will), so you can enjoy it as much I have… having actually seen it all.

Apologies again and please do check out changelingstudios.bigcartel.com for more of their work.
