A new interactive Doodle (Who-dle!) has appeared on the Google homepage celebrating the anniversary of the hit BBC show. This comes following a petition from 4,000 Doctor Who fans who called on Google to celebrate the 50th year since the Doctor has graced our screens. Users are able to play as any of the 11 doctors through a series of levels to complete the word Google.

The Doodle game includes all the Doctors holding their sonic screwdrivers, the TARDIS and her signature noise and of course the Doctors chief nemesis, The Daleks. And if you manage to die as one of the Doctors, you regenerate into the next one. Very impressive for fans of the Doctor.

As Google’s largest ever Doodle, it comes to the internet as a fantastic tribute to the universe’s greatest Time Lord. The 50th Anniversary is aired tomorrow night at 19.50 and is going to be released in cinemas nationwide.
