Stamps may not be the easiest item to get geeks excited, unless of course you collect stamps, but news from Ireland may just want to get you sending your next message via snail-mail.

A Dublin based graphic design company, Zinc Design Consultants, have lovingly created four stamps which celebrate four of gaming’s most endearing and iconic games and characters, including Space Invaders, Pac Man, Sonic and, of course, Mario.

It goes beyond simple nostalgia, instead celebrating an important part of modern art. Yeah, art.
