In the midst of FOX cancelling Sleepy Hollow and renewing Gotham, the network has also moved to confirm that it’s picked up Ghosted for a full season following an initial pilot order.

As per The Hollywood Reporter, the comedy series – which will largely spoof The X-Files – will be a part of FOX’s 2017-2018 season of television, with each episode running 30 minutes. Starring Charles Robinson as a cynical sceptic and Adam Scott as the die-hard true believer, the series will focus on a pair of agents tasked with delving into the excessive unexplained activity taking place throughout Los Angeles.

That Awkward Moment’s Tom Gormican has penned the series and will serve as executive producer, while Workaholics’ Kevin Etten will act as showrunner.

As ever, expect more on Ghosted as we get it.
