Many have been wondering what exactly Wonder Woman’s role will be in the upcoming Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and also whether the hulking, villainous Doomsday will be a part of Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel follow-up. Well both of those questions have apparently been answered.

Heroic Hollywood is reporting that Gal Gadot’s Amazon will actually be featured battling Doomsday in one of the movie’s pivotal scenes. This latest story claims that some of the Wonder Woman footage shown in the most recent Batman V Superman trailer is actually from the meeting of these two uber-powerful juggernauts. In fact, it’s even being reported that during the fight that Diana chops off Doomsday’s hand with her sword. To make himself even more pants-wettingly scary, Doomsday then proceeds to grow a bone blade in place of his lopped-off hand.

Of course, take this as purely rumour for now, although Heroic Hollywood has a reputation for breaking some major stories and revelations.

Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice hits cinemas on March 25th, 2016.
