With anticipation growing for the debut of The CW’s THE FLASH, producer Andrew Kreisberg has only added further to the excitement by revealing that we’ll be getting a villain team-up in the show.

Speaking to TVLine, Kreisberg revealed, “We wanted to give Barry a real challenge. Two bad guys! He’ll be fighting both a new enemy and one of our scariest and most successful ARROW villains in The Clock King.”

The Clock King, played by Robert Knepper, appeared in the fantastic Season 2 of THE FLASH’s sister show, ARROW. As to who he’ll be teaming up with, we’ll have to wait and see.

Whilst THE FLASH will have villains teaming up, Stephen Amell’s Oliver Queen will be making a cameo appearance in the pilot episode of the show, plus it’s been confirmed that Episode 8 of both ARROW’s Season 3 and THE FLASH will be a big crossover event between the two heroes. Pretty cool, right?

THE FLASH debuts on The CW on 7th October, with a UK airing hopefully following shortly after.
