It is our sad duty to report the passing of actor Robin Sachs, who died on the eve of his 62nd birthday. 

Robin is probably best known to genre fans as Buffy the Vampire Slayer villain Ethan Rayne, but his work in the sci-fi fantasy arena didn’t end there. Sachs portrayed four characters in Babylon 5 over the years, appeared in blockbusters such as The Lost World: Jurassic Park, and provided voices for the Mass Effect videogame series.
