Season 2 of ARROW is only a few months away now. The first season gave us several familiar DC faces, and we’re set to get the likes of Bronze Tiger, Sebastian Blood, Sin and Black Canary in the upcoming season. Well, it’s being reported by TheGreenArrow.net that there’s a chance that long-time Batman villain Ra’s Al Ghul may make an appearance.

The site reports that the fifth episode of the season will be titled “The Demon’s Head.” That particularly title just so happens to be the translation of the Ra’s Al Ghul name, prompting speculation that Ra’s may appear at some point throughout the season. Nanda Parbat, a strongpoint of the League of Shadows, has already been referenced in the show by Malcom Merlyn, so it wouldn’t be the first nod to Ra’s.

One person that will be appearing in Season 2 is Awwal, a member of Ra’s League of Assassins. The character is on a mission to take down a love interest of Oliver’s by the name of Lisa. So even if we don’t get the head of the League of Assassins just yet, the seeds are certainly being planted.

Season 2 of ARROW debuts in the US on 9th October, with the UK airing of the show expected a few days later.
