With DEADPOOL now confirmed and beginning to move forward, The Wrap has word on two names up for roles in the Ryan Reynolds-starrer.

BIG HERO 6’s T.J. Miller and THE TRANSPORTER LEGACY’s Ed Skrein are said to both be in talks for the film, although the particular roles in question are unknown. Given Miller’s comedic past, it’s believed that his role will be one of comedy relief. As for Skrein, early speculation suggests he could be up for the role of the villain of the piece.

With Tim Miller to direct from a script by ZOMBIELAND’s Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, DEADPOOL is currently scheduled for a February 12th, 2016 release.
