Vitamin M and Polluted Pictures have released an intriguing teaser trailer and poster for their upcoming film, DEEP DARK.

Written and directed By Michael Medaglia, and produced by Lara Cuddy, Jason and Todd Freeman, Thomas Ethan Harris, and David Woods, the plot of DEEP DARK revolves around a failed sculptor, who finds a strange, talking hole in his wall. The hole has the power to fulfil his wildest dreams, or it could just become his worst nightmare.

The film features Sean McGrath (CELL COUNT) and Denise Poirier (who voiced ÆON FLUX in the television show of the same name) as the voice of the ‘The Hole’. Speaking of the project, she said, “I’ve always loved voice work, and working on DEEP DARK was especially challenging, but also incredibly fun. I mean – how does one put together a character description for a sinister voice in the wall? With the DEEP DARK team at the helm, it was an easy thing to do. They were so fun to be in the room with, and purely professional. The recording studio felt like a creative and nurturing space. I really haven’t had that much of a good time working on a project in years.

Co-producers Todd Freeman (CELL COUNT) and Lara Cuddy from Polluted Pictures, who are already attending to pitch their upcoming project, LOVE SICK, will shop the film around potential Sales Agents at the Frontières International Co-Production Market, which takes place during the Fantasia International Film Festival.

The film will be debut in the winter, following the completion of the sound design and visual effects.
