In a rather interesting new development, the already-confirmed thirteenth season of fan favourite Supernatural has been revealed to feature a one-off crossover of sorts with Scooby-Doo.

The news was initially broken by @LightsCameraJackson on Twitter, with The CW then confirming the news at a public event and releasing a teaser image of Jared Padalecki’s Sam Winchester and Jensen Ackles’ Dean Winchester alongside Scoobert Whoopsy-Doo. All that’s known about the episode so far is that it will be a fully animated affair that sees the Winchesters brought into the world of Scooby-Doo.
