With opinion still a tad split on the titular character’s costume, CBS has gone ahead and confirmed Supergirl for a full season order.

It’s not known at this point just how many episodes the season will get, but Warner Bros. TV and Berlanti Productions are currently developing the show for a debut towards the end of this year.

At present, Supergirl’s roster is made up of Melissa Benoist as the lead character, Mehcad Brooks as James Olsen, Laura Benanti as Alura Zor-El, Chyler Leigh as Alex Danvers, Calista Flockhart as Cat Grant, David Harewood as Hank Henshaw, Jeremy Jordan as Winn Schott, and unknown roles for Dean Cain and Helen Slater.
