With ARROW’s producers having strongly hinted that The Atom is being developed, which would make it the second spin off show after THE FLASH, ARROW star Stephen Amell has stated that he would like to see crossovers with fellow DC Comics shows SUPERGIRL and CONSTANTINE.

CBS is currently developing SUPERGIRL, by the producers of ARROW and THE FLASH, and they have already hinted that a crossover is a possibility. The future of NBC’s CONSTANTINE, however, is still in doubt.

This didn’t stop Amell expressing his interest in the crossovers at Dallas Comic-Con’s Fan Days. The actor said, “It would be interesting to cross over with CONSTANTINE, only because he knows a lot about the Lazarus Pit, which is something that we’ve introduced in the show this year.” Amell then added, “It would be cool to crossover with SUPERGIRL because it’s something with Greg Berlanti, who’s the helmer and sort of the brain trust or the centre of the brain trust of ARROW and THE FLASH, and I know so many of the people that are involved in the production of that show so that would be really interesting.”

But what of a crossover with FOX’s surprise hit GOTHAM? “And GOTHAM would be a tough one,” he said, “just because I think they’re out in a different time but the crossover with The Flash was so much fun and did so well that I can’t imagine a world – a universe, no pun intended – where that didn’t happen and continue to happen all the time.”
