Sci-Fi Scarborough has announced that Star Trek: Enterprise star Dominic Keating will be appearing at the 2018 event. Dominic played Lieutenant Malcolm Reed, the weapons and tactical expert on Enterprise NX-01 and will be appearing at the popular Sci-Fi Expo for the whole weekend!

His television credits include (as well as a lead role on Star Trek: Enterprise) a series regular for five years on Desmond’s, a recurring role in The Immortal, plus guest appearances on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Poltergeist: The Legacy.

Co-organiser Steve Dickinson said of the booking, “When a guest of this calibre agrees to appear at SFS then you know that we are doing a great job and our reputation is growing far and wide, Dominic is a fantastic guy and a real coup for us, we couldn’t be happier with the way 2018 is coming together, it’s so exciting”.

Sci-Fi Scarborough takes place at the Victorian Spa Complex for the fifth time promising a full weekend of amazing guests, authors, movie & TV props, console, retro & table top gaming, comic book artists, indie films, Cosplay competition, panels, software developers, geek pub quiz, live music, collectible traders & Saturday night party.

Confirmed guests so far are Josh Herdman aka Gregory Goyle from Harry Potter, Doctor Who Weeping Angel Sarah Louise Madison, Doctor Who monster actor Jamie Hill, Game of Thrones White Walker Ross Mullan, Star Wars’ very own Admiral Piett Ken Colley & legendary movie prop sculptor Brian Muir.

The event runs from Saturday April 21st 10am-5pm with the geek pub quiz, party & live music from 6.30pm till late, and Sunday April 22nd 10am-5pm.

Day tickets are £15 (under 16s £5 Students £10) Weekend £25 under 5s go free.
