As The Smurfs are becoming more popular again, with another film set to hit the big screens, it’s a great time to be reacquainted with the classic Hanna-Barbera series from the early ‘80s as Fabulous Films release two volumes on DVD.

The Smurfs Amazing Adventures and Team Smurf showcase the best of the animated series, which won an Emmy for Outstanding Children’s Entertainment Series in 1982-1983. The much-loved vintage show – from arguably the greatest TV animation company – features the four lead Smurfs from the movies: Smurfette, Hefty, Brainy and Clumsy and their sworn enemy Gargamel.

The Smurfs Amazing Adventures contains 8 episodes on 2 DVDs and Team Smurf features 4 episodes. Both collections will be available separately on March 13th.
