GRIMM UP NORTH have announced the short films which will support their upcoming GRIMMFEST preview nights at The Dancehouse, Manchester.


On Wednesday, 10th September, they screen the world premiere of DEVIL’S TOWER, starring Jason Mewes and Roxanne Pallett. Accompanying this will be DON’T MOVE, the swansong from the BLOODY CUTS team, the stop-motion masterpiece DAN OF THE DEAD and zombie flick TILL DEATH.


Between 15th-18th September, WHITE SETTLERS, the film directed by GRIMM’s own Simeon Halligan will have its Manchester debut, playing with a different selection of shorts each night.


On Monday 15th, there’s TEAR (from Manchester filmmaker Jenny Longworth) and INSOMNIA, Tuesday 16th is REFLEX and the UK premiere of THE BRAIN HACK, Wednesday 17th is PREY and THE JIGSAW, while finishing the run on Thursday 18th are NO GOOD DEEDS and the brilliant DELICACY (from another local talent, Helen Curran, who we interviewed earlier this year).
