In some fun news for fans of those Heroes in a Half-Shell, a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie is on the way.

Courtesy of Deadline, Point Grey Pictures is to develop a CGI animated Turtles film to be distributed by Paramount Pictures. Point Grey is the production banner of Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, and James Weaver.

This will be the first time that Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo have seen big-screen action in since 2016’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows. There was initially plans for that film to get its own follow-up, but those plans were shelved after Out of the Shadows underperformed at the box office.
