Highly anticipated vampire short film Seize the Night will be unleashed online free-to-view on May 3rd.

Directed and produced by star Emma Dark, the film has been receiving rave reviews (check ours out here) and won Emma the MMBF Rising Star Award at The Yellow Fever Independent Film Festival in Ireland last year and has been screened all over the world.

The story follows renegade vampire assassin Eva (Dark), recently escaped from a secret bio-research compound and hell bent on taking revenge against those who put her there. This includes a pack of werewolves led by alpha Tobias (Carey Thring), and an evil government division known only as Cable 9.

On the online release, Emma said:

Emma had this to say to about the release: “I’ve lived and breathed Seize the Night since its conception back in November 2014, and it’s been a distinctly tough but extremely rewarding journey. The film has been well received to date, with a lot of positive comments from festival goers, and extensive media coverage for a short film. I’m now looking forward to releasing it to a wider audience”.

More details of where to watch the film will be announced nearer the time, but keep an eye on the STARBURST Twitter feed, and check out the Seize the Night website for more information.
