Whilst Harrison Ford was seen earlier today in a new trailer for a certain space opera, today is also bringing some interesting news regarding another Ford vehicle: BLADE RUNNER 2.

Variety is reporting that Ryan Gosling is in talks to appear in the follow-up to Ridley Scott’s 1982 classic, although the exact role in question is unknown. Given Gosling’s star power, you’d have to think it’d be a pretty major one.

There’s very little known about the sequel apart from Harrison Ford will be back as Rick Deckard and that PRISONERS Denis Villeneuve will be directing from a Hampton Fancher and Michael Green script. Ridley Scott will be acting as a producer.
