Following the trend of the last few weeks, this weekend has seen Lionsgate’s upcoming Power Rangers redo cast another one of its titular team.

This latest addition is Becky Gomez, better known as musician Becky G, as the Yellow Ranger. Gomez has recently appeared in a couple of episodes of Empire, and she joins a cast that currently includes Dacre Montgomery as the Red Ranger, Ludi Lin as the Black Ranger, Naomi Scott as the Pink Ranger, and RJ Cyler as the Blue Ranger. Depending on whether the film will follow the original team line-up, that potentially just leaves a Green Ranger role to be filled.

To be directed by Project Almanac’s Dean Israelite, Power Rangers is currently set for a January 13th, 2017 release.
