Stephen Spielberg is mulling a return to JURASSIC PARK with a fourth entry into the series…

Talks have been held with Universal recently, but it remains unclear at this time whether the plans are for a straight sequel, a reboot, or a film based on the absolutely bonkers William Monahan & John Sayles screenplay that was doing the rounds back in 2007. That concept, which Speilberg was quoted as calling the “mother of all ideas”, featured an ex-mercenary tasked with leading a crack team of DNA-modified, super smart T-Rex ‘soldiers’ who carry machine guns… rock body armour… operate out of a castle in the Alps… and go on rescue missions ala The Dirty Dozen. Seriously. Google it.

So basically it breaks down to lazy vs. crazy. And going off the last two movies I’m inclined to plump for crazy.
