Ok, so we don’t actually have THE DARK KNIGHT RISES trailer yet (please don’t leave!), but we do have the skinny on when you can expect to see it. And it’s not too far away! Rumour has it that it will be attached to prints of HARRY POTTER & THE DEATHLY HALLOWS PART II this coming Friday (finally, a reason to go see it!). Word is the poster will debut the same day too, but these are typically minimilistic affairs, so not much to get excited about to be honest. The trailer on the other hand could allow us our first glimpse of Anne Hathaway’s Catwoman, or Tom Hardy’s Bane. Or it could turn out to be one of those annoying teasers that show you naff all. We’ll keep our fingers crossed!

Anyhoo, while we count down to the TDKR unveiling, check out the latest trailer for the upcoming videogame sequel BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY. I vote the directing team on this should replace Nolan once he’s gone – they absolutely nail what I’d personally want out of a Batman movie. Have a look…

Good innit!

And finally, here’s the full length trailer for Warner Bros Animation’s adaptation of the acclaimed Frank Miller comic series BATMAN: YEAR ONE…

It looks pretty faithful alright. Still not happy that the great Kevin Conroy has been replaced as the voice of of Bats and Bruce, but I’ll be checking it out nontheless.

THE DARK KNIGHT RISES worldwide next July, while BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY hits October 21st. Sadly, there is currently no official date for the UK release of BATMAN: YEAR ONE, but lucky U.S. folk can grab it on Blu-ray or DVD October 18th.

Will you be checking out BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY? What do you think of YEAR ONE? Let us know with your comments below!
