Award winning actor Peter Falk sadly passed away earlier today at the age of 83. The COLUMBO star has suffered from health issues and Alzheimer’s disease for many years.

According to a statement issued by his family, “Falk died peacefully at his Beverly Hills home in the evening of June 23, 2011.”
