It is our sad duty to report the passing of prolific Hollywood producer Laura Ziskin, who died yesterday after battling breast cancer for seven years. She was 61.

Ziskin was best known to genre fans for her work on Sam Raimi’s SPIDER-MAN trilogy, along with the upcoming AMAZING SPIDER-MAN reboot.
