Schoolgirls, vampires and suspicion… yes we are back in teenager land again with the trailer for AMERICAN PSYCHO director Mary Harron’s THE MOTH DIARIES. The film is set in an all-girls boarding school as former model Lily Cole comes into the school and acts all weird and gothy leading a fellow student to suspect she is a vampire.

The trailer doesn’t give away much but it’s actually R rated so the TWILIGHT crowd likely won’t be who they are pushing this for. I quite like the fact that the trailer is concerned with atmosphere and creepiness rather than fangs and pyrotechnics. The film comes out this April in the United States, with a UK release TBC.
