Having been burnt by LEATHERFACE: THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE III, TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE: THE NEXT GENERATION, THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE (2003) and its prequel THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE: THE BEGINNING, I’m confused as to why I’m excited for this movie. Maybe its Lionsgate’s bold decision to ignore all of the above and carry on the tale from the last moments of THE TEXAS CHAIN SAW MASSACRE’s final moments.  

Or maybe it’s because I’m just a sucker for punishment. Or an idiot. Who knows.

Anyway, here’s our very first look at the latest incarnation of the iconic tale courtesy of the newly released poster…

Ahh, I see. Scratch all of the above. Now I know why I’m so psyched for this movie – it’s “from the producer of SAW 3D: THE FINAL CHAPTER”!!!

Good God. Seriously marketing bods – that’s NOT a good thing.
