It only seems like yesterday that we were talking about the future of Marvel Studios and their rumoured short films (it was, read it here), so it’s fortuitous that this teaser trailer landed today.

This first is entitled THE CONSULTANT, and as reported stars Clark Gregg as S.H.I.E.L.D. member Agent Phil Coulson. Part of the fun of the teaser trailer below (sorry folks, you’ll have to pony up for the THOR DVD/Blu-ray release if you want to see the rest) is figuring out when this actually takes place in the movies chronology. The second short, debuting on the CAPTAIN AMERICA home video release, is somewhat less ambiguous – titled as it is: A FUNNY THING HAPPENED TO ME ON THE WAY TO THOR’S HAMMER. Anyway, see what you guys think…

THOR is released on DVD and Blu-ray on September 13th.
