Calling all STAR TREK fans, you’re really going to want to read this…

PRESS RELEASE

UK publishers Iron Gut Publishing have unveiled the first ever official Star Trek Fine Art Collection.

The publishers have worked with established Star Trek artists such as Geoffrey Mandel who has worked on many of the Star Trek books, TV shows and films including Star Trek Generation, Insurrection, Voyager and Enterprise as well as Ryan Church who created conceptual designs for films such as Star Wars, War of the Worlds, Avatar, Transformers and of course the latest Star Trek film, these two artists were both early recruits to the cause. Other American contributing science fiction artists include Brian Rood and Randy Martinez.

British artists are also represented within the collection, including Dave Merrell and Paul Oz who is also an official artist for the Bruce Lee family and Muhammad Ali.

“It is quite a coup for a UK company to be awarded the license for a global phenomenon such as Stat Trek. There is a lot of fan art out there but this is the first time an official fine art collection has been created.” – Anthony Marks, M.D Iron Gut Publishing.

Each piece is limited edition and supplied with Star Trek certification. The collection is split into two categories, the first being collectable art prints which will be sold via gift retailers, the fine art end of the range will be available from art galleries and specialist internet retailers in the UK and USA, the whole collection can be viewed at www.startrekartwork.com
