With the fifth installment of the Underworld franchise now in development, Screen Gems and Lakeshore Entertainment have announced that this latest entry will be officially titled Underworld: Blood Wars.
This new Underworld outing will see Kate Beckinsale back as Selene, along with a returning Theo James as David, the role he took in Underworld: Awakening. Also on board for the film are Rome’s Tobias Menzies as a new Lycan leader, Sherlock’s Lara Pulver as an ambitious Vampire, Game of Thrones’ Charles Dance as Vampire elder Thomas, and then roles for James Faulkner, Peter Andersson, Clementine Nicholson, Bradley James, and Daisy Head.
To be directed by Anna Foerster, Underworld: Blood Wars is currently set for an October 14th release.
