Today (ahead of its appearance at San Diego Comic-Con this week), the teaser poster for JURASSIC WORLD has clawed its way through the net. Co-Writer and Director Colin Trevorrow (SAFETY NOT GUARANTEED) and his dino squad will invade one of the many stages in the next few days and unleash this poster upon the ecstatic fans. However, being the cyber-leeches that we are at STARBURST, we can provide our readers with the poster early and here it is!

Artwork designer Mark Englert has shed some light on his specific intentions for the piece, “I wanted to subtly establish the setting, the theme of nature overtaking technology and that a new park with a new story was being built on what had come before… also, I just wanted a cool shot of a Raptor!”.

Here the artist is referencing the remnants of the jeep from Jurassic Park that can be spotted beneath the dinosaurs talons, the very same vehicle which cascaded down from the branches of a tree and almost crushed Dr. Grant and young Tim. Helicopters, building structures, eggs and overgrown vines litter the poster but it is the stealthy beast that immediately captures your attention, perhaps seeking its next victim.

Comic-Con runs from 24th – 27th July and it would be wise to prepare yourselves for a bombardment of news over the duration of the world-famous convention.

JURASSIC WORLD hits cinemas June 12th, 2015.
